What does the AI chat assistant do?+
Pro sites get a chat assistant that lives on your website and answers visitor questions instantly, day or night — services, service area, hours, credentials — using only what your site actually says. When a visitor is interested, it takes their name and number and the enquiry lands in your CRM and your inbox with the full conversation attached. What do the CRM and quotes do?+

Can I edit the site after it’s built?+
Everything is editable: copy, photos, services, reviews, colours, layout and more — in an editor with a live preview. Your live site only changes when you hit “Update live site”.
What happens if I cancel Pro?+
Your site keeps serving on your tradesppl.com address and you never lose your content or leads. The Tradesppl badge returns and new custom-domain connections are paused.
