Weekly Pay l Long Term l HVAC l Duct l Benefits Commercial or Multi-Family HVAC Installer? If you have 2+ years of recent installation experience, we’d love to talk with you. X3 is hiring for projects in Denver and the surrounding areas. This is a long term opportunity with consistent work for installers who take pride in quality and reliability. This is a local-hire project. No relocation, travel pay, or per diem is offered. What you'll do: • Fabricate, hang, and Install ductwork • Install a variety of HVAC systems including air handling units, rooftop units (RTU's), split systems, etc. • Perform soldering and brazing tasks as needed for system installation • Reading blueprints and schematics • Collaborate with team members to coordinate work schedules and ensure smooth project execution • Adhere to safety protocols and regulations at all times to maintain a safe working environment. • Other duties as assigned What You Need: • 2+ years of recent HVAC Installation experience in Commercial projects • 18 years or older • Be able to commute between projects • Pass a pre-employment drug screen • Basic hand tools and cordless drill • Reliable transportation to commute to job site • Pass E-Verify • History of working well on a team What's in it for you? • Pay based on license and experience ( up to $38 ) • Weekly Pay • PerX Rewards Program (bonuses, stipends, paid holidays, gear, and milestone rewards based on hours worked) • Medical (50 percent paid), Dental, Vision, Short-Term Disability, $10,000 Life Insurance • PTO and up to 7 paid holidays • 401(k) with company match • PPE provided: hard hats, vests, gloves, safety glasses • Mobile app to track time and submit hours without hassle Call/Text: 720-721-3343 for a quicker response Know a solid HVAC Installer?
