Solar / BESS Technician Helpers Needed Location: Sunwest, Arizona Requirements Valid Driver’s License OSHA 10 or OSHA 30 （We can offer ther test) NFPA 70E Certification （We can offer ther test) FR (Flame-Resistant) Clothing (Reimburse） EH Safety Boots Assist with simple electrical wiring adjustments. Work under the supervision of experienced technicians. No advanced electrical experience required. Schedule Project Start: August 26 Duration: Approximately 20–30 days Work Schedule: Mon–Sat (6 days/week) Start Time: 2:00 AM Scheduled End Time: 10:00 PM Actual working time is typically 4-8 hours per day, depending on the workload. Pay Technician Helper: $150–$240/day Crew Lead: Higher pay based on experience and responsibility.
