Job requirements • EPA 608 Certification • Residential HVAC service and repair experience • Strong HVAC troubleshooting and diagnostic skills • Ability to identify and repair secondary and cascade system failures • Experience with refrigerant recovery and recharge procedures • Own professional HVAC tools • Valid driver's license • Clean driving record • Ability to complete detailed service documentation, notes, and photos • Strong communication and customer service skills • Ability to perform heavy repair work and component replacements Preferred Qualifications • Experience replacing compressors • Experience replacing TXVs (Thermostatic Expansion Valves) • Experience replacing reversing valves • Experience replacing coils • Experience replacing blower motors and condenser fan motors • Strong attention to detail with service documentation, repair records, and job notes Just Better Air Conditioning & Heating is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
