As part of our dynamic workforce, you will: • Lead electrical installation, services, and upgrades for furnaces, air conditioners, heat pumps, and controls. • Ensure all work complies with the National Electrical Code (NEC), local regulations, and safety standards. • Troubleshoot and resolve electrical issues effectively. • Supervise and mentor apprentices, fostering their growth and development. • Coordinate seamlessly with HVAC technicians to deliver exceptional service to our clients. • Verify proper grounding, sizing, and load calculations for optimal system performance.
