WorleyCord Energy Services Ltd. a subsidiary of WorleyCord Ltd. is seeking: Journeyperson Pipefitters To work at our Air Products Field Project in Edmonton, AB. • SALARY: $31.20 $52.00 • DSP SALARY: $72.44 • BENEFITS: 3% Pension & 3% RRSP + CLAC Benefits • HOURS PER DAY: 10 Mon - Thurs, 8 Friday • OVERTIME: After 8 hours a day • SHIFT: Days & Nights • START DATE: ASAP • PAY SCHEDULE: Weekly Pay (Friday) Requirements: • Must have a valid Journeyperson or Apprenticeship Pipefitting ticket from a recognized provincial training authority • Must have experience working at heights • Must be willing to attend safety training (paid by WorleyCord): CSTS, WHMIS2015, ESC EWP, ESC Fall Protection, • Must have demonstrated ability to work under minimal supervision • Strong communication skills written and verbal • Work will be primarily outdoors in various weather conditions Responsibilities: • Demonstrates knowledge of functional operation of various piping system components by measuring, cutting, threading, grooving and bending of pipes, valves and fittings • Assembles and installs piping sections according to blueprints and job specifications • Performs physically demanding tasks such as cutting openings for pipe while standing for extended periods of time and securing pipe in hard to reach areas • Uses testing equipment effectively to check for system leaks and troubleshoot fitting errors • Read and interpret drawings and blue prints • May perform other related duties as assigned Job Type: Full-time Pay: Up to $52.00 per hour Benefits: • RRSP match Application question(s): • Are you available to start immediately? • Are you local to the Edmonton Area? • Can you work Night Shift?
