Narrow Aisle Forklift Operator needed- Milton

JOB TITLE: Forklift Operator (Narrow Aisle / Crown Equipment) LOCATION: Milton, Ontario INDUSTRY: Manufacturing PAY: $24.00/hour SHIFT: Monday to Friday, 9:00 PM – 5:30 AM (Midnight Shift) DURATION: 6-Month Position with Potential for Permanent Employment POSITION SUMMARY: Our client, a leading manufacturing company, is currently seeking an experienced Forklift Operator for a night shift position. This role is responsible for the safe and efficient movement of raw materials, packaging, and finished goods throughout the facility while ensuring inventory accuracy and compliance with workplace safety standards. Responsibilities include operating narrow aisle forklifts, loading and unloading trailers, verifying pallet accuracy, performing inventory counts, completing daily equipment inspections, maintaining warehouse management system (WMS) transactions, supporting shipping and receiving activities, and maintaining a clean and safe work environment. Candidates must have experience operating narrow aisle forklifts, preferably Crown equipment. REQUIREMENTS: • High School Diploma or equivalent. • Valid Forklift/Counterbalance Certification. • Experience operating narrow aisle forklifts. • Crown Reach Truck experience preferred. • Experience working in a warehouse, distribution, or manufacturing environment. • Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment. • Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety. • Comfortable performing inventory counts and using warehouse management systems. This is a 6-month position with the possibility of becoming permanent based on performance and business needs.
