Site foreman / carpenter

Carpenter Supervisor We’re looking for an experienced carpenter to join our team for tenant improvement projects and small ground-up base-buildings. You’ll be responsible for site carpentry and installation of doors, accessories, miscellaneous carpentry, millwork touch-up etc. as well as lead a small crew on-site, help with layout and planning, and make sure work is done safely and to a high standard. What you’ll do: • Lead and support the carpentry crew • Carry our miscellaneous site carpentry and installations • Read drawings and help with layout • Keep the site safe and clean • Make sure the work is done right and on time • Use Autodesk Construction Cloud for basic site updates (training provided) What we’re looking for: • Strong carpentry experience • Some experience running a crew • Able to read plans and follow instructions • Reliable, respectful, and safety-focused • Self-starter / able to identify tasks proactively We’re a small, hardworking team that values good people.
