The Position We are currently looking for 3rd and 4th Year Apprentice Electricians and Journeypersons to join our team. This is a great opportunity for electricians who are looking for steady, year-round work, diverse commercial experience, and opportunities to grow within the company. Depending on your experience and apprenticeship level, you will work alongside our Foremen, Journeypersons, and other apprentices on a variety of commercial electrical installations. Responsibilities • Install, maintain, and repair electrical systems and equipment • Read and interpret electrical drawings, blueprints, and specifications • Install conduit, cable tray, wiring, lighting, devices, panels, and other electrical components • Perform electrical rough-in, finishing, and troubleshooting • Use hand tools, power tools, and electrical equipment safely and effectively • Work efficiently both independently and as part of a crew • Follow company and site-specific safety requirements • Complete required safety documentation and participate in toolbox meetings • Assist with troubleshooting and resolving electrical issues • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area • Support and work alongside other members of the electrical team to keep projects moving safely and efficiently What We’re Looking For • Registered 3rd or 4th Year Electrical Apprentice OR certified Journeyperson • Commercial electrical experience preferred • Strong understanding of electrical installation methods and practices • Ability to read and understand electrical drawings and blueprints • Comfortable using common electrical hand and power tools • Reliable, punctual, and able to work effectively as part of a crew • Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship • Safety-focused and willing to follow company and site requirements • Willingness to learn, take direction, and continue developing within the trade What We Offer • Steady, year-round work • Competitive wages based on experience and apprenticeship level • Overtime opportunities • Comprehensive health and dental benefits • RRSP matching program • Opportunities for career advancement • Experience on a variety of commercial projects • Continued training and development • Safety-focused, team-oriented work environment • Opportunities to grow with the company as you progress through your apprenticeship and career Join Our Team!!
