Plumber Needed for Delta School District

Become a vital part of the Delta School District as a Plumber, focusing on maintaining essential plumbing systems in a collaborative educational setting. This ongoing role emphasizes skill and safety in various plumbing tasks. Working in this position, you will report to the Maintenance Manager while performing repairs, installations, and maintenance of plumbing systems across our schools in Ladner, North Delta, and Tsawwassen. You'll also ensure compliance with current codes and maintain safety standards in all work practices. Key Responsibilities: • Conduct preventative maintenance and repairs on plumbing • Apply hand and power tools effectively for installations • Address site inquiries about plumbing issues • Maintain accurate records of work and materials • Operate necessary tools and vehicles for plumbing tasks Requirements: • High school graduation and a Plumbing Trade Qualification • At least 5 years of relevant plumbing experience • Competence in interpreting blueprints and specs • Valid B.C.
