Facilities Technician (HVAC Experience Preferred)

What we're looking for: • Requires a high school diploma or equivalent. • 3-5 years Maintenance or building trades experience. • Strong HVAC background highly preferred. • Ability to work under limited supervision. • General knowledge of common equipment and tools including use of electrical meter(s). • A valid Ohio driver’s license. • Ability to lift and/or move up to 50 pounds or team lift to 100 pounds. • Ability to occasionally work in various outdoor weather conditions.
