Framers (Residential Carpenters) - Year Round

We are hiring Experienced Residential Framers/Carpenters & Lead Hand Subcontractors with a minimum of 3-5+ years experience. We are looking for highly experienced Subcontracting Carpenters/Framers, to join our projects, and are open to 'Apprentice level/experienced' individuals who want to subcontract and start their Framing career path. Responsibilities, Duties, and Requirements may include but are not limited to; • 2-5+ years experience in Residential Framing/Carpentry. • Knowledge or Experience in the framing processes (windows, doors, roof/trusses, sheeting, walls, layout, stairs, garages, etc..) • Fluent with Blueprints/Plans • MUST HAVE reliable Transportation as there is no transit to our projects in new developments. • Carrying, moving, organizing lumber (must be able to carry at least 50 lbs) • Measuring, marking, cutting lumber according to Blueprint specs • Able to work with little to no supervision. • Erect scaffolding and ladders. • Perform other duties as assigned by the supervisor. • Working knowledge of methods, techniques and equipment required. • Valid Driver’s License • Full Carpentry pouch and basic tools We offer; • Competitive Wages • Full time year round work • Safe, professional work environment We appreciate all applicants for their interest, and will contact qualified candidates that meet our requirements.
