Journeymen Electrician

Job DescriptionJob Description AECS Inc. is currently seeking a highly motivated qualified journeyman electrician for construction projects for long-term employment. This position provides growth opportunities. Primary Responsibilities: Safety: • Knowledge of OSHA requirements and safe working procedures • Follows job site safety procedures. • Lay Out and Installation • Follows daily plans as described by the operation manager. • Reads blue prints, details and specifications for proper installation • Identifies material needed for assigned jobs and works with operation manager to obtain needed material in a timely manner. • Installs electrical systems per quality and NEC standards. • Diagnosis and reports electrical problems to operation manager. • Works independently • Uses hand tools and power tool appropriately Productivity: • Maintains installation production targets • Relays progress to operation manager. • Coaches quality installation practices Qualification: • Knowledgeable of the National Electric Code requirements • KNOWLEDGABLE IN RUNNING AND BENDING EMT & RIGID CONDUIT. • Knowledge of electrical material, components, equipment systems, layout and methods of installation • Must be able to read and interpret blue prints, one line diagrams, wiring diagram and written specifications. • Must provide their own transportation and hand tools • 5 years experience in the electrical construction industry Skills: Blueprints, Coaching, Construction, Construction Projects, EMT-Paramedics, Electrical Components, Electrical Engineering, Electrical Wiring, Electricity, Hand Tools, National Electrical Code, OSHA, Operations Management, Purchasing/Procurement, Safety Process, Safety/Work Safety, Systems Administration/Management, Time Management undefined: Arizona Electric & Control Systems, Inc.
