Lead Journeyman Plumber

We’re looking for an experienced Lead Journeyman Plumber who is ready to take on a leadership role by supervising plumbing operations, mentoring apprentices, and ensuring every project is completed safely, efficiently, and to the highest quality standards. This is an excellent opportunity for a licensed plumber who enjoys leading others while remaining involved in the field when needed. What You’ll Do • Lead plumbing operations on residential bathroom remodeling projects. • Supervise, mentor, and develop apprentice plumbers. • Coordinate daily work with project managers, installers, and inspectors. • Ensure all plumbing work meets Colorado plumbing codes and company quality standards. • Perform hands-on plumbing work as needed to support the team. • Review completed work and maintain high standards of craftsmanship. • Communicate professionally with homeowners throughout each project. • Maintain job documentation, inspections, permits, and required paperwork. • Help improve efficiency, productivity, and team performance.
