Pipefitter Journeypersons - Mod Yard

Requisition ID: 183277 Position Summary Kiewit is currently seeking experienced Pipefitter Journeypersons for our Mod Yard, located in Edmonton, Alberta. Position Requirements • Valid Journeyperson (JM) Pipefitter Ticket • Valid certificates: • MEWP (Mobile Elevated Work Platform) • Fall Protection • Experience working with Carbon and Stainless-Steel pipe is required • Experience building mod packages is an asset • Minimum 5 years’ experience in Industrial construction Compensation and Shift Details • Base wage: $50.00 per hour as per CLAC Collective Agreement • Vacation and Statutory holiday pay: 10% • Shifts run Monday to Thursday, 10 hours per day; Friday, 8 hours • Overtime and weekend work may be required Additional Information • Candidates offered a position must successfully complete SureHire Drug, Alcohol, a 50lb Fitness to Work, and a Half Mask Fit tests • No travel and living-out expenses provided • Due to the volume of applicants, only those meeting minimum qualifications will be contacted About Kiewit As one of North America’s largest and most respected construction and engineering organizations, Kiewit provides opportunities to make a positive impact in communities across North America in a variety of markets including transportation, water/wastewater, power, oil, gas and chemical, building and mining.
