Carpenter / General Handyman

Job Summary Summit Restoration is looking for a skilled carpenter or handyman to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess a diverse set of skills in various maintenance and repair tasks, ensuring that the properties we look after are well-maintained and functional. This role requires a proactive approach to problem-solving and a commitment to delivering high-quality workmanship. Responsibilities: - General interior finishing skills - Includes base/trim installation, painting, door repair and installation, flooring repairs, drywall work, cabinetry install or repair , etc. - General exterior repairs - Roofing, siding, windows, decks/railings, landscaping, painting, - Overhead doors - knows how to maintain, repair and problem solve all kinds of overhead/garage door issues. - Quality control - Over see other trades and team members to ensure job scope is complete and to standard. - Over seeing other vendors/trades on active jobs Job Types: Full-time, Permanent Pay: $25.00-$45.00 per hour Benefits: • Dental care • Vision care Licence/Certification: • Driving Licence (required) Work Location: In person
