We are seeking a dynamic and skilled Plumber to join our construction team, bringing expertise in plumbing systems, installation, and maintenance across diverse construction projects. This role offers an exciting opportunity to work on large-scale infrastructure, commercial, and residential sites, ensuring all plumbing work meets safety standards, quality benchmarks, and project specifications. Responsibilities
• Install, repair, and maintain plumbing systems including pipelines, fixtures, and drainage in accordance with blueprints and schematics.
• Read and interpret construction drawings, schematics, and technical manuals to ensure precise execution of plumbing layouts.
• Collaborate with project managers and supervisors to coordinate work schedules
• Conduct quality control inspections to verify that plumbing installations meet OSHA safety standards and industry regulations.
• Supervise and mentor junior team members or apprentices on site, ensuring adherence to safety protocols like OSHA guidelines.
• Maintain detailed records of work progress, inspections, and compliance documentation throughout the project lifecycle.
Experience
• Proven heavy construction site experience with a strong background in plumbing installation and maintenance.
• Supervising or management experience on construction sites is highly desirable.
• Familiarity with construction management software including ProCore, Bluebeam, or other similar tools
• Demonstrated ability to read blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings accurately.
• Hands-on experience with pipeline systems, pressure testing, quality control procedures, and safety compliance (OSHA).
• Strong troubleshooting skills using diagnostic tools; ability to interpret electrical signals within plumbing systems.
• Excellent communication skills for coordinating with project teams, contractors, and clients while maintaining a focus on safety standards.
