Welders Wanted – TIG (Stainless Steel) & Structural (SMAW/FCAW)

Pay: Employees: $40.00 – 46.00/hour, based on experience | Contractors: $70.00 – 75.00 (contract rate), based on scope About Us Established in 2007, Tyrod Industries Ltd. is a Prince George-based fabrication and construction company serving industrial and energy sector clients across Western Canada. We're Hiring: • TIG Welders – stainless steel fabrication • Structural Welders – SMAW (stick) and FCAW (flux-core) What You'll Do • Read and interpret blueprints/welding symbols (WPS) • Perform TIG welding on stainless steel components to specification • Perform structural welding (SMAW/FCAW) on steel assemblies • Fit and tack parts prior to welding • Inspect welds for quality and conformance to codes • Maintain a clean, safe work area Requirements • Journeyman ticket or equivalent trade certification • Valid CWB welding certification required • Proven experience in TIG welding stainless steel and/or SMAW/FCAW structural welding • Ability to pass a weld test on hire • Comfortable reading blueprints and WPS documents • Strong attention to detail and quality standards • Willingness to work shift rotation, if applicable What We Offer • Competitive wages based on experience • Work with an established, certified fabrication facility • Opportunity to work on industrial and energy sector projects Contractors Welcome We're open to qualified subcontractors.
