What You'll Do • Perform residential service work • Complete electrical installations for remodels and additions • Install panels and service upgrades • Troubleshoot electrical issues • Install lighting, switches, receptacles, and ceiling fans • Install EV chargers and specialty electrical equipment • Read plans and electrical layouts • Communicate with homeowners professionally • Maintain a clean, organized jobsite • Complete work safely and according to code • Work closely with project managers and other trades Qualifications We're looking for someone who is: • Experienced in residential electrical work • Reliable and punctual • Professional with homeowners • Detail-oriented • Safety conscious • Able to work independently • A team player with a positive attitude Preferred Qualifications • Tennessee LLE or CE electrical license (or ability to obtain one if required for your role) • 3+ years of residential electrical experience • Experience with remodels and custom homes • Ability to read blueprints • Strong troubleshooting skills • Clean driving record What We Offer • Competitive pay based on experience • Performance bonuses • Company vehicle (based on position) • Paid holidays • Paid time off • Advancement opportunities • Ongoing training • Modern tools and equipment • A respectful, team-oriented work environment Why Work for Caliber?
