Commercial Electrician

Beco Inc. is now accepting applications for electricians. Experience in Commercial/Industrial electrical work and electrical troubleshooting is required. Great opportunity for career growth! Skills and Requirements: • Knowledge and capability of applying the theory of: Basic electricity, use of hand tools, use of portable power tools, and reading blueprints. • Ensure that all workmanship quality meets or exceeds the standards as set forth by the NEC and Beco Inc. • Must be detail oriented in all aspects of your job including installations, close-outs, and paperwork. • Perform duties or responsibilities that are necessary or assigned in order to support the total operations of the company. • Apply all safety regulations as required by the company safety manual. • Ability to supervise (1) helper on small projects. • Work independently including setup and layout of small projects. General supervision required. Physical Requirements: • Stands or walks for long periods • Frequently uses arms and hands to reach for, handle, and manipulate objects • Is occasionally required to lift and carry materials weighing up to 100 pounds • Frequently climbs ladders and scaffolds • Is sometimes expected to work in confined spaces • Is frequently required to stoop, bend, kneel, crouch and crawl • Is occasionally required to dig with a shovel or trench • Must be comfortable working in all weather conditions • Should be comfortable with hand tools and power tools Job Type: Full-time Pay: From $24.00 per hour Benefits: • 401(k) • Dental insurance • Health insurance • Life insurance • Paid time off • Vision insurance Application Question(s): • Are you comfortable working at different heights, often using ladders and lifts? • Are you comfortable working in confined spaces when needed?
