Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role for Foremen and Electricians located in Charlotte, NC. Foremen will oversee crews, coordinate daily work schedules, ensure adherence to safety standards and electrical codes, and communicate project status with supervisors and clients. Electricians will install, maintain, and repair electrical systems, fixtures, and equipment, perform troubleshooting on electrical issues, and assist in completing new construction and renovation projects. Both Foremen and Electricians will read and interpret blueprints, follow company procedures, document work performed, and support training of less experienced team members. The role requires consistent on-site presence, reliable attendance, and effective collaboration with project teams and other trades. Qualifications • Strong foundation in electricity and electrical work, including safe handling of electrical systems. • Hands-on experience with maintenance & repair of electrical components and systems. • Proven ability in troubleshooting electrical issues and diagnosing faults efficiently. • Knowledge of electrical engineering principles as they apply to installations and system design. • Familiarity with local and national electrical codes and industry safety standards. • Ability to read and interpret technical drawings, blueprints, and schematics. • Effective leadership skills for Foremen, including crew coordination and jobsite supervision. • Relevant licenses or certifications as an electrician; prior experience in commercial or residential projects preferred. • Reliable transportation to the Charlotte, NC jobsite and ability to work full-time with occasional overtime as needed.
