Top Helper Electrician Pay Rate : $18-20 Start Date : ASAP Responsibilities • Lead and supervise a team of electricians and electrical helpers on commercial and industrial projects. • Review electrical prints, blueprints, and schematics and translate them into clear, actionable work plans. • Lay out, plan, and coordinate all phases of electrical installation from start to finish. • Install, bend, and route conduit, including EMT, in accordance with project specifications and electrical codes. • Install and manage cable tray systems and associated electrical cabling. • Assign daily tasks and provide clear direction, guidance, and support to team members. • Monitor work quality, ensuring installations meet project requirements, safety standards, and industry best practices. • Troubleshoot and resolve electrical installation issues that arise during construction or retrofit work. • Coordinate workflow and sequencing of tasks to maintain project schedules and minimize downtime. • Communicate effectively with team members and other trades on site to support smooth project execution. Job Type & Location This is a Contract position based out of BURLINGTON, NC. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $18.00 - $20.00/hr.
