Carpenter/Team Leader

We are local renovation and construction company looking to hire a skilled laborer or Carpenter for a lead hand position. The position requires advanced construction knowledge, your own hand tools and a great work ethic. We're looking to hire someone with knowledge of: • Construction framing • Drywall / mud & tape • Fence and deck construction • Finish carpentry • Flooring (hardwood,vinyl & tile) • Basic electrical knowledge • Basic Plumbing knowledge Our ideal candidate will have: • Excellent communication skills • Proven leadership skills • Ability to work independently as well as in a team • Strong attention to detail • Excellent organization Pay will be discussed at the time of the interview and will depend on experience and quality of work.
