Electrical Apprentice

Position: Apprentice Electrician Location: Hamilton, ON Shift & Pay • Afternoon shift (Monday–Friday) • $25–$32/hour (based on experience) Responsibilities • Interpret electrical drawings and schematics • Assist with installation, repair, and maintenance of wiring, fixtures, and equipment • Perform basic testing (voltage, continuity, resistance) • Support troubleshooting of industrial systems • Help maintain motors, transformers, and control panels • Complete maintenance records and assist with inventory • Follow all safety standards and electrical codes Requirements • 2–3 years of electrical experience (industrial or commercial) • Registered apprentice or working toward registration (STO preferred) • Basic understanding of electrical systems • Ability to read schematics • Strong problem-solving skills and willingness to learn • Ability to work safely in a fast-paced environment
