About Us JARVIS Manufacturing is a custom fabrication company specializing in design, machining, welding, and material processing. We build everything from simple structures to complex assemblies. We're a tight-knit, hands-on team that values problem solvers who take initiative and pride in their work. We operate two locations — NE and SE — with our SE location branded as Ensteel Industries Ltd. Candidates may be considered for either location based on operational needs and individual fit. The Role You'll take projects from drawings to finished parts, with a primary focus on welding and fabrication. You must be a skilled fabricator with the ability to fit and weld out jobs of any size.— you'll be building, problem-solving, and adapting. We're a dynamic shop, so while welding will be your main responsibility, some days you'll jump in wherever needed. A positive attitude and willingness to take on any task, big or small, is essential.
