Forklift Operator – Double Reach – Continental rotative shifts – $20/hr Etobicoke, ON | Full-Time | Permanent Now Hiring – Experienced Forklift Operators! A well-established global packaging manufacturer in Etobicoke is looking for an experienced Double Reach Forklift Operator to join a stable, long-term team on the morning shift. This facility produces packaging products (poly bags, t-shirt bags, can liners) for major retail, grocery, and industrial customers across North America. Great opportunity for a forklift operator looking for consistent daytime hours, weekly stability, and a supportive team environment. Pay & Schedule ✔ $20.50/hour (will be increased after proviosionally period) Continental Shift Schedule – 12-hour shifts Day and NIGHT (7am-7pm / 7pm-7am) on a rotating 4-week cycle (5-2-5-2 pattern). This schedule provides extended time off between rotations, including several multi-day breaks each month. ✔ Weekend availability required ✔ Permanent, full-time position What You'll Be Doing • Operate a double reach truck to load, unload, and place pallets in narrow-aisle, high-rack storage (primary equipment) • Cross-train and operate a counterbalance forklift and extended fork walkie rider as needed • Load and unload trucks/trailers safely and efficiently • Move finished goods (mostly under 20 lbs, occasionally up to 25 lbs) from production to storage/shipping areas • Maintain accurate inventory placement and support warehouse organization • Perform pre-shift equipment inspections and report maintenance issues • Follow all health and safety protocols What We're Looking For • Valid forklift certification/license (Ontario) • 2+ year of hands-on experience operating a double reach truck in a narrow-aisle, high-rack environment • Experience with counterbalance forklift and extended fork walkie rider • Comfortable working at heights in narrow aisles with precision and control • Comfortable with occasional light lifting (up to 25 lbs) • Available for weekend shifts • Reliable and punctual, with a strong attendance record • Comfortable in a fast-paced warehouse environment Why Join This Team ✔ Competitive hourly wage ✔ Consistent daytime shift — no rotating schedule ✔ Permanent position with a global leader in flexible packaging ✔ Supportive, stable team environment ✔ Located in Etobicoke — easy access from Mississauga, Brampton, and West Toronto via Hwy 401/427 Apply today!
