Residential Service Plumber (3+ years Experience)

Key Responsibilities In this role, you will act as a trusted residential plumbing expert, handling the following daily tasks: • Troubleshoot, diagnose, service, and install residential plumbing systems (including water, gas, drain, and sewer lines). • Accurately install and repair various plumbing fixtures and home equipment. • Deliver exceptional customer service by clearly explaining repair options and providing transparent estimates to homeowners. • Generate precise digital invoices and complete daily administrative documentation. • Uphold the highest standards of safety, quality, and professional workplace conduct. Candidate Qualifications & Requirements To qualify for this position, candidates must meet the following criteria: • Licensing: Must have valid Texas Tradesman (or) Journeyman Plumbing License. (REQUIRED) • Experience: Proven background in residential service, troubleshooting, and repair. • Driving Record: Valid driver’s license with a clean driving history (non-negotiable). • Tech & Soft Skills: Strong mechanical aptitude, clear communication skills, and the ability to comfortably use basic smartphone/computer applications. • Physical Capabilities: Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and comfortably navigate residential work environments (including attics, crawl spaces, and tight or elevated areas). • Background Check: Must be willing to undergo a background check (evaluated on a case-by-case basis).
