Job Overview We are seeking a dedicated and skilled 3rd Year Apprentice - Service Electrician to join our team. Responsibilities • Assist in installing, repairing, and maintaining electrical systems in commercial and residential settings. • Read and interpret schematics, blueprints, and technical diagrams to guide installation and troubleshooting tasks. • Use hand tools, power tools, and low-voltage testing equipment safely and effectively. • Support the setup of electrical components according to specifications and safety standards. • Help in performing routine inspections and preventive maintenance on electrical systems. • Follow all safety protocols and procedures to ensure a safe working environment for yourself and team members. • Collaborate with the team to complete projects efficiently and accurately. • Maintain organized work areas, tools, and materials throughout each project phase. Experience • Prior experience or exposure to service electrician work is preferred but not required; relevant electrical experience is advantageous. • Familiarity with hand tools, power tools, schematics, blueprint reading, low-voltage systems, and basic electrical concepts is highly desirable. • Experience working with construction teams or in similar field environments is a plus. • Demonstrated ability to follow instructions carefully and learn new skills quickly. • Strong problem-solving skills with attention to detail are essential for success in this apprenticeship role.
