Foreman – Electrical Construction Location: Phoenix Metro Area, AZ Start Date: Ongoing Hiring We are seeking experienced Electrical Foremen for commercial, industrial, semiconductor, and data center projects throughout the Phoenix metro area. This is an excellent opportunity for proven leaders looking to oversee large crews and help drive successful project execution. Pay: • Competitive pay based on experience and project • Pay typically ranges from $40–$55 per hour • Some projects may offer incentive pay or per diem for qualified travelers Project Types: • Semiconductor facilities • Data centers • Commercial construction • Industrial manufacturing • Ground-up and expansion projects • Tenant improvements Responsibilities: • Lead and supervise multiple electrical crews • Coordinate daily work activities to maintain project schedules • Ensure quality workmanship and compliance with project specifications • Plan manpower, materials, and equipment needs • Enforce OSHA and company safety policies • Review drawings, schedules, and work plans Requirements: • Commercial, industrial, or mission-critical electrical experience • Previous experience as a Foreman or overseeing multiple crews • Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills • Ability to read and interpret electrical drawings and specifications • OSHA 30 preferred (required on some projects) • Experience with semiconductor, data center, or large industrial projects is highly preferred • Some jobsites require the ability to speak, read, and write in English for safety documentation, work instructions, and coordination with project teams.
