Job Description
Primary Responsibilities
• Perform MIG and TIG welding on aluminum components and assemblies.
• Read and interpret blueprints, engineering drawings, and work orders.
• Weld thin-gauge aluminum sheet metal with minimal distortion.
• Set up and adjust welding equipment for aluminum applications.
• Grind, clean, and finish welds to meet quality standards.
• Inspect completed welds for quality, strength, and appearance.
• Work with Fabrication, Assembly, and Engineering to complete production schedules.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area.
• Follow all company safety procedures and PPE requirements.
Qualifications
• Minimum 2 years of aluminum welding experience required.
• Aluminum MIG and TIG welding experience is required.
• Experience welding thin-gauge aluminum is highly preferred.
• Ability to read blueprints and fabrication drawings.
• Ability to use measuring tools including tape measures, squares, calipers, and gauges.
• Experience operating grinders and other fabrication equipment.
• Strong attention to detail and quality.
• Dependable with a strong work ethic and positive attitude.

Pay: $20.00 - $22.00 per hour
