Service Plumber

Position Overview We are seeking an experienced and dependable Service Plumber to join our team. You will manage diagnostics, service, and repairs across both residential homes and multifamily properties. Key Responsibilities • Perform diagnostic, service, and repair work across residential and multifamily properties. • Swiftly troubleshoot plumbing emergencies, water heater issues (repair & replacement), drain clogs, and fixture installs. • Participate in a required on-call rotation to address emergency service needs. • Provide clear communication and exceptional customer service on every job site. • Work independently, follow directions efficiently, and adhere to local plumbing codes. Qualifications & Requirements • Experience: Minimum of 2 years in residential or multifamily service, repair, and system troubleshooting. • Licensing: Valid driver's license with a clean driving record. • Adaptability: Comfort working in varying weather conditions (hot, cold, and wet environments). • Traits: Detail-oriented, self-motivated, results-driven, and reliable. • Availability: Capability and willingness to participate in the required on-call schedule.
