Licensed Service Plumber

Overview We are seeking a skilled and licensed Service Plumber to join our team. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in service work and maintenance of plumbing systems across commercial and residential sites. This role requires a professional with strong mechanical knowledge, proficiency with hand and power tools. The Licensed Service Plumber will be responsible for diagnosing, repairing, and installing plumbing systems while adhering to safety standards and building codes. Duties • Install, repair, and maintain plumbing systems in commercial and residential settings using construction and plumbing techniques • Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings to execute projects accurately • Utilize hand tools, power tools, soldering & propress tools and heavy lifting techniques safely and effectively • Conduct remodeling projects involving plumbing components • Diagnose plumbing issues through mechanical knowledge and troubleshooting skills • Ensure compliance with safety regulations, building codes, and industry standards during all work activities • Maintain a clean work environment and van, document project progress accurately Requirements • Valid license as a Service Plumber with relevant certifications • Proficiency in blueprint reading, schematics interpretation, and mechanical troubleshooting • Ability to perform heavy lifting safely and efficiently on job sites • Strong knowledge of plumbing codes, safety standards, and building regulations • Basic math skills for measurements and calculations required during installations or repairs • Ability to work independently or as part of a team on diverse projects requiring technical expertise • Requires on call rotation This position requires a dedicated professional committed to quality workmanship and safety.
