Job Summary We are seeking a motivated and dependable Plumbing Helper to join our dynamic construction team. In this role, you will assist experienced plumbers with installing, repairing, and maintaining plumbing systems on commercial and residential construction sites. Responsibilities • Assist plumbers with pipe installation, fitting, and assembly using hand tools and power tools • Support the setup and teardown of plumbing systems according to blueprints and technical drawings • Help with pipe threading, cutting, and measuring to ensure precise fitting and alignment • Maintain a clean and organized work area, adhering to safety protocols at all times • Carry out basic maintenance and repair tasks on plumbing systems under supervision • Follow building code regulations and safety standards during all phases of work • Read and interpret technical drawings, blueprints, and schematics to support plumbing tasks Requirements • Prior construction experience or hands-on experience in plumbing or related trades preferred • Familiarity with construction site safety protocols and power tool safety practices • Basic knowledge of plumbing systems, pipe installation, and mechanical concepts • Strong mechanical aptitude with experience using hand tools, pipe threading equipment, and power tools • Good communication skills with a customer service-oriented mindset when interacting with team members or clients • Ability to perform basic math calculations related to measurements and material quantities • Willingness to learn new skills such as building code compliance, or advanced plumbing techniques Join our team today!
