Plumber - New Construction/Warranty (Residential or Commercial)

Plumbers: Do you want to work for a company with some of the best benefits in the industry? Marlin Mechanical is looking for a plumber to respond to warranty calls, perform repairs, and work in the construction of new multi-unit projects such as apartments, dormitories, and assisted living facilities. This position includes some on-call time in addition to a standard 40-hour work week. Company vehicle provided. Must have prior service experience. Qualified applicants will have: - Service plumbing experience (Drain snake, camera, troubleshooting skills) - Valid drivers license with clean driving record - Ability to pass background check - Own hand tools - Documentation proving legal authorization to work in the United States -- We E-Verify - Ability to pass initial drug test and random drug test screenings Persons in this position will be expected to lift 25 pounds regularly and 50 pounds or more on occasion. This position also consists almost entirely of work in outdoor weather conditions, including in the summer. Power tool use is a must, so qualified applicants will be at least 18 years of age.
