Now we need someone who wants to help us prove it, every single day, on every single job. Our pipeline is full through summer. We are not chasing work. We need someone to build it right. The Role You lead the crew on our interior renovations, from first day to final walkthrough. That means the carpentry goes in properly, the work is ready for the trades coming in behind you, the site looks like professionals work there, and the client sees the same calm, organized standard every day they come home. You are not just swinging a hammer. You are the person clients trust when the owner or project manager is not on site. You set the tone, you hold the line on quality, and you bring the guys working under you up to your level. What You Will Do • Lead a crew on interior renovation projects and see them through from start to completion • Perform high-end finish carpentry and installation work to JJ Legacy's standard • Train and mentor the carpenters and apprentices working alongside you • Keep the site organized, safe, and clean throughout the build • Communicate with clients professionally and proactively while they are living through a renovation • Flag issues early rather than building over top of them • Represent JJ Legacy on site the way the owner would: organized, calm, and in control You Would Fit Right In If You • Do high-end work and choose quality over quantity without being asked to • Have led a crew before, or are ready to, and can teach what you know without ego • Have strong installation and finish skills and take pride in what your work looks like a year later • Can talk to a homeowner with confidence and keep them comfortable in their own house • Take ownership without being asked. You see a problem, you handle it, and then you communicate it, in that order. • Hold a high standard and do not apologize for it. • Good enough is not in your vocabulary. • Want to be part of something growing and are willing to grow with it.
