Pipefitter Journeyperson - Mod Yard

Requisition ID: 185682 Position Summary Kiewit is seeking experienced Pipefitter Journeypersons to join our Mod Yard team in Edmonton, Alberta. Position Requirements • Valid Journeyperson (JM) Pipefitter certification • Valid safety tickets: • Fall Protection • Mobile Elevated Work Platform (MEWP) • Experience working with carbon and stainless-steel pipe • Experience building modular packages is considered an asset • Minimum of 5 years of industrial construction experience Compensation and Shift Details • Base wage: $50.00/hour (as per the CLAC Collective Agreement) • Vacation and statutory holiday pay: 10% • Shift schedule: • Monday to Thursday: 10-hour shifts • Friday: 8-hour shift • Overtime and weekend work may be required Additional Information • Successful candidates must complete the following: • SureHire Drug & Alcohol test • An Audiometric test • 50 lb Fitness-to-Work assessment • Half-mask fit test • Travel and living-out expenses are not provided • Due to the volume of applications, only candidates who meet the minimum qualifications will be contacted About Kiewit As one of North America’s largest and most respected construction and engineering organizations, Kiewit provides opportunities to make a positive impact in communities across North America in a variety of markets including transportation, water/wastewater, power, oil, gas and chemical, building and mining.
