Welders Helper/Apprentice Welders

WorleyCord Energy Solutions, a subsidiary of WorleyCord Ltd., is seeking: Welders Helpers/Apprentice Welders To work at our Air Products Project in Edmonton, AB. • SALARY: From $27.04 - $46.80 per hour • BENEFITS: 4% Pension & 4% RRSP + CLAC Benefits • START DATE: ASAP • SCHEDULE: 5/2 Schedule • DURATION: 6+ months • PAY SCHEDULE: Weekly Pay (Friday) Requirements: • 6+ months of industrial construction experience • Welders Helper experience is an asset • Must be willing to attend safety training (paid by Worley): CSTS, H2S, WHMIS2015, EWP, Fall Protection, Confined Space • ESC Fire Watch ticket is an asset • Must have demonstrated ability to work under minimal supervision • Must have experience working at heights • Stand or walk for long periods of time • Lift and carry materials weighing up to 50 pounds; occasionally lift items weighing more than 50 pounds with assistance • Strong communication skills written and verbal • Work will be primarily outdoors in various weather conditions Responsibilities: • Welders Helper • Fire Watch (when workers performing hot work) • Complete all required safety documentation • Working at heights and outdoors • Assist with Civil work • Act as a tool runner • Spotting for heavy equipment (Guiding movement in and around work areas) • Clean-up as required • Previous industrial construction experience is an asset Job Type: Full-time Pay: Up to $46.80 per hour Application question(s): • Can you start Immediately?
