HVAC Technician Commercial Service (Lead Tech - Journeyman/Woman)

Position: Journeyman HVAC Technician Lead Hand - Commercial Service Salary: $55-60/hour Location: Edmonton / Area Permanent Full Time position - 40 hours per week + regular overtime as needed. We are currently seeking a journeyman HVAC Tech to work as a lead hand as HVAC team grows. This position would be responsible to operate a company vehicle and performing various service/repair jobs at a wide range of commercial building environments (Apartment/Highrise and light industrial). This position will involve interacting with client, explaining requirements for repair/pricing/length of job, etc as well as onboarding new HVAC team members and providing leadership and direction for HVAC Team. Duties: - Install, repair, and maintain HVAC systems and fixtures in residential and commercial buildings - Read and interpret blueprints to determine the layout and specifications of HVAC systems - Assemble, install, and repairing various Heating and Ventilation components - Working closely with plumbers and other trades - Test HVAC systems for performance and adequacy - Collaborate with other construction professionals to ensure proper installation and functionality of HVAC systems - Provide excellent customer service by addressing client concerns and answering any questions they may have Experience: - Journeyman/Journeywoman HVAC tech license or equivalent certification (plumbing ticket is an asset) - Minimum of 5 years of experience - Class A or B gas ticket is an asset - Strong knowledge of plumbing codes and regulations - Excellent problem-solving skills to diagnose and resolve plumbing issues - Strong attention to detail to ensure accurate installation and repairs - Excellent communication skills to effectively interact with clients and team members Contact: Brenda@guardianpersonnel.ca Senior Recruiter Phone: 780 944 6869 Ext 706 Guardian Personnel Job Type: Full-time Pay: $55.00-$60.00 per hour Benefits: • Dental care • Life insurance • Paid time off • Vision care Experience: • Lead Hand or Supervisory: 1 year (preferred) • HVAC Service: 3 years (preferred) Work Location: In person
