MIG Welder – Assembly Line Welding We are seeking experienced MIG Welders to join our production team in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. This position involves performing final line welding on metal assemblies after components have been tacked together. Candidates must be able to produce consistent, high-quality welds while meeting production goals and maintaining a safe work environment. Responsibilities: • Perform MIG welding on pre-tacked metal assemblies along the production line. • Complete final welds according to blueprints, weld symbols, and quality specifications. • Inspect parts before and after welding to ensure proper fit-up and weld quality. • Maintain consistent weld appearance and structural integrity throughout production. • Operate welding equipment safely and efficiently. • Perform basic grinding, cleaning, and touch-up work as needed. • Meet daily production quotas while maintaining quality standards. Qualifications: • Previous MIG welding experience in a manufacturing or production environment. • Ability to read and interpret blueprints and welding symbols. • Experience welding mild steel in an assembly line setting preferred. • Ability to identify weld defects and make necessary corrections. • Comfortable working in a fast-paced production environment. • Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 lbs.
