Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Finish Carpenter role based in Oshawa, ON. The Finish Carpenter will be responsible for detailed interior carpentry work in RVs, including installing trim, cabinetry, moldings, wall and ceiling panels, and custom built-ins. Daily tasks include measuring and cutting materials, fitting and securing components, and ensuring clean, precise finishes that meet safety and quality standards. The role involves using a variety of hand and power tools, interpreting drawings or work orders, and collaborating with technicians and service advisors to complete repairs and renovations on schedule. The Finish Carpenter will also inspect completed work, perform adjustments as needed, maintain a clean and organized work area, and follow all health and safety procedures. Qualifications • Strong finish carpentry skills with experience in trim work, cabinetry, and detailed interior installations. • Proficiency in general carpentry and framing, including measuring, cutting, and assembling wood and related materials. • Skilled in the safe and effective use of hand tools and power tools relevant to carpentry work. • Ability to read and interpret basic drawings, measurements, and work orders, with strong attention to detail and quality. • Previous experience in RV, automotive, marine, residential renovation, or similar interior work is an asset. • Reliable, punctual, and able to work on-site full time in Oshawa, ON, both independently and as part of a team. • Physical ability to stand, bend, lift, and work in confined spaces as required for RV interiors. • Commitment to workplace safety, cleanliness, and professional conduct when interacting with colleagues and customers.
