Job Description
We are currently seeking a skilled Journeyman or 3rd–4th Year Apprentice Welder to join our manufacturing team. In this role, you will be responsible for performing high-quality welding on light gauge steel, aluminum, and stainless steel using FCAW, GMAW, and GTAW processes.

Shift Schedule
• Morning Shift: Monday to Friday, 6:00 AM – 2:30 PM
• Afternoon Shift: Monday to Friday, 3:00 PM – 11:30 PM
Key Responsibilities
• Perform FCAW, GMAW, and GTAW (TIG) welding on various materials
• Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and weld specifications
• Ensure weld quality meets company and industry standards
• Perform routine maintenance and basic troubleshooting on welding equipment
• Maintain a safe, clean, and organized work environment
• Collaborate with team members to meet production goals and deadlines
Qualifications & Experience
• Journeyman Welder Certification or minimum 3rd year apprenticeship
• Proven experience with FCAW and GMAW welding (GTAW/TIG preferred for Journeyman)
• Strong ability to read and interpret technical drawings and blueprints
• Experience with welding equipment maintenance and troubleshooting
• Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced manufacturing setting
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
• Experience using shears and press brakes is considered an asset
Physical & Work Requirements
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
• Willingness to work overtime (weekdays and/or weekends) as required

Safety Requirement – Respirator Use
This position requires the use of a respirator in certain tasks. In compliance with occupational health and safety standards, employees must be clean-shaven in areas where the respirator seals to the face to ensure proper fit and protection.
Adherence to this requirement is mandatory for employment in this role.
Pay: $36.90-$41.00 per hour
