Service Plumber

Job Summary We’re looking for an experienced Service Plumber who knows residential plumbing inside and out and enjoys working directly with customers. This role is mostly residential service work with some light commercial jobs mixed in. The ideal candidate is professional, personable, and confident explaining solutions and recommending work to homeowners. If you’re great with customers, take pride in your work, and know how to turn service calls into completed jobs, we want to talk to you. Duties • Perform residential service plumbing repairs, maintenance, and installations • Handle occasional commercial service work • Diagnose plumbing issues and clearly explain solutions to customers • Present repair options and confidently recommend needed work • Complete jobs efficiently, safely, and to code • Maintain a clean, organized, and professional work environment • Provide excellent customer service and represent the company professionally • Accurately document work performed and collect payment when required Requirements • 3+ years of experience in residential service plumbing (prefered) • Experience with commercial service plumbing and construction (new build) • Strong customer service and communication skills • Comfortable selling plumbing repairs and upgrades • Ability to troubleshoot and work independently • Valid driver’s license and clean driving record • Must be flexible in hours • On call for emergency calls Benefits • Competitive pay based on experience • Commission or performance bonuses • Company vehicle (if applicable) • Supportive team and professional work environment • Opportunities for growth and advancement Apply today if you’re a skilled service plumber who takes pride in their work and knows how to take care of customers.
