Position: 2nd year Apprentice Electrician We are seeking a reliable and hardworking 2nd-year apprentice to join our crew. The ideal candidate is eager to learn, takes pride in their work, and works well both independently and as part of a team. What You’ll Do • Assist journeyman electricians on residential and light commercial job sites. • Learn and apply Alberta Electrical Code standards. • Pull wire, install receptacles, switches, and lighting. • Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment. • Demonstrate punctuality, accountability, and a willingness to grow in the trade. • Help with solar installs What We Offer • Competitive starting wage $25-28 hour,(depending on experience). • Paid overtime in accordance with Alberta Employment Standards. • Consistent, full-time hours with opportunities for advancement. • Hands-on training and mentorship from experienced journeyman electricians. • Company work van provided for journeyman-led crews (apprentices ride along). • Opportunity to grow into long-term roles within a fast-growing company. What We’re Looking For • Registered first-year apprentice or intent to register with AIT. • Valid Class 5 driver’s license with reliable transportation to job sites. • Basic hand tools and PPE (steel-toe boots, hard hat, gloves). • Positive attitude, strong work ethic, and willingness to learn. • Ability to follow safety protocols and work efficiently. Schedule: • Monday to Friday, 8–10 hour shifts • Occasional evenings or weekends depending on project needs Job Type: Full-time Pay: $25-28, depending on experience benefits offered after 3 month probation Job Type: Full-time Pay: $25.00-$28.00 per hour Benefits: • Company car Work Location: In person
