Journeyman Electrician (5 YEARS INDUSTRIAL ELECTRICAL EXPERIENCE REQURIED)

Position The Siebold Company Inc. is seeking a Journeyman Electricians with experience in conveyor, automation/material/package handling installations. Project starts on June 1, 2026. This is a local position for Raleigh, NC and the project will run several months in length with the opportunity to move into a permanent role if full time US travel is acceptable. Responsibilities and Duties • Experience in reading and interpreting drawings and blueprints for material handling equipment. • Installation of automation lines utilized in distribution/material handling and manufacturing environments. • Install Rigid, IMC and EMT conduit on or servicing industrial equipment. • Design and install bolted frame structures for conduit and device support (welding is plus). • Route, label, Pull, and terminate control wiring and cabling to field control devices (photo eyes, limit switches, push button stations, etc.) for conveyor and sortation systems, palletizing equipment, press experience, etc. • Install motor control centers install power feeds ranging from 120v to 480v AC. Test power distribution panels including grounding. Terminate and test motor circuits and control wiring. • Installation of closed circuit camera system including terminating coaxial cabling. • Experience in network cabling including cat 5, 5e, 6, DeviceNet, fiber Optic, etc. • Ability to test and troubleshoot control and power distribution systems. • Solid understanding of NEC, Arc Flash and OSHA requirements. • PLC experience is a plus. • IT expertise is a plus. Qualifications and Skills All applicants must meet the following job criteria: • Valid Driver’s License and one additional form of ID. • Minimum 5 years industrial experience in the electrical trade. • Experience with executing a project from start to finish based on a given SOW and job specifications. • Must have all applicable hand tools to perform within the electrical trade. • TSC is a Drug-Free Workplace. All Applicants must pass a drug test prior to employment. • 7 year Background check may be required.
