Responsibilities • Perform plumbing repairs including: leak location, tankless water heaters, water filtration, tank type water heaters, all types of plumbing fixtures, drain cleaning, and drain line replacement. • Guide and train an apprentice. • Use an iPad and our Service Titan software. • Utilize customer service skills to diagnose and sell the repair to the customer.
