Job Overview Tuff Labor LLC is currently hiring dependable and skilled Welders to support commercial, industrial, and construction projects throughout the Houston area. This position involves installing, repairing, fabricating, and maintaining piping systems, metal structures, and related equipment. We are looking for individuals who are safety-focused, reliable, and capable of working in a fast-paced environment. Responsibilities • Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and specifications • Measure, cut, assemble, and install pipes, fittings, and components • Perform welding and fabrication work as required • Inspect completed work to ensure quality and compliance with project specifications • Assist with equipment installation, maintenance, and repairs • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment • Follow all company and job site safety procedures • Perform additional duties as assigned Requirements • Previous plumbing, pipefitting, welding, or fabrication experience preferred • Ability to read blueprints and technical drawings • Knowledge of commercial, industrial, or construction environments • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs • Ability to stand, walk, bend, and work throughout the shift • Reliable transportation • Strong attendance and punctuality • Ability to work independently and as part of a team • Must be authorized to work in the United States Preferred Qualifications • Plumbing, pipefitting, or welding certifications • Experience with industrial, commercial, or construction projects • Experience working with hand and power tools Pay: From $20.00 per hour Work Location: In person
