Residential HVAC Installer | $25.00 to $35.00 per hour Pay Type: hourly, depending on experience + bonuses Potential Earnings: $95,000-$100,000 annually Schedule: Monday-Friday | No Weekends | Overtime Available Responsibilities • Install residential HVAC retrofit/changeout systems • Install ACs, heat pumps, furnaces, ductwork, and IAQ products • Start up new equipment and handle refrigerants • Communicate with homeowners and maintain clean job sites Ideal Air Conditioning and Insulation | Phoenix, AZ Join a locally owned residential HVAC and energy efficiency company that values its team and provides year-round, stable work.
