We are currently hiring across multiple experience levels, including: • First-year HVAC apprentices • Second-, third-, and fourth-year apprentices • Journeyman HVAC technicians • Residential service technicians • HVAC installers • Lead installers • Foremen • Service managers • Operations and field leadership positions Whether you are beginning your apprenticeship, an experienced journeyman, or ready to take on a leadership role, we are interested in speaking with you. Compensation $23–$45 per hour, depending on: • Apprenticeship level • Certifications and licensing • Service and installation experience • Diagnostic ability • Leadership experience • Ability to work independently • Position and responsibilities Higher compensation is available for experienced journeymen, foremen, managers, and technicians who can confidently diagnose, quote, repair, and complete jobs without constant supervision. Responsibilities Responsibilities will vary depending on experience and position but may include: • Diagnosing residential heating and cooling issues • Repairing furnaces, air conditioners, heat pumps, boilers, and related HVAC equipment • Completing furnace, air conditioning, and HVAC system installations • Performing maintenance and inspections • Troubleshooting electrical, airflow, gas, venting, and mechanical issues • Explaining repair and replacement options clearly to customers • Completing job documentation and service notes • Maintaining a clean and organized work area • Following safety codes, manufacturer requirements, and company standards • Supporting and training apprentices • Leading crews and coordinating installations • Managing job quality, scheduling, workflow, and technician performance What We Are Looking For • Strong work ethic and dependable attendance • Professional communication with customers and coworkers • Pride in workmanship • Willingness to learn and improve • Ability to work independently and as part of a team • Valid driver’s licence • Clean and professional appearance • Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills • Ability to safely perform the physical requirements of HVAC work Preferred Qualifications Qualifications will depend on the position. Relevant experience may include: • Registered HVAC apprenticeship • Alberta Journeyman or Red Seal certification • Gasfitter certification • Refrigeration and air conditioning mechanic experience • Residential service experience • Furnace and air conditioner installation experience • Boiler, heat pump, or hydronic experience • Sheet metal experience • Electrical troubleshooting • Crew leadership or management experience • Customer service and sales experience Applicants do not need to meet every qualification to apply.
