Carpenter/ renovation lead

Small Renovation company looking for experienced carpenter- finishing, cabinet installation and framing experience is a must and attention to detail is key. You will need you own professional grade tools…dewalt or better. ie chop saw , table saw, track saw, cordless tools, vacuum etc. Being it a renovation company, being multi versatile in other aspects of the industry ie- painting, flooring, drywall etc. is a big plus and wage will be reflective of other skills. Demo is also part of the job as well. You will be paid as a subcontractor but expected to work 8hrs a day where needed. You will also need a gst #. Most jobs will be in peoples homes that are occupied so all applicants must be clean cut with a friendly, positive attitude and know how to keep a very clean jobsite and work space. non smoker. This is a physically demanding position so you need to be physicly fit and energetic with a can do additude. Job Type: Full-time Pay: $30.00-$50.00 per hour Work Location: In person
