The company is committed to: • Investing in employees through training and development • Promoting from within • Providing year-round, stable work • Supporting technicians with dispatch, sales, and operations teams • Delivering quality workmanship and exceptional customer service • Creating a positive, team-oriented work environment What You'll Do • Diagnose, troubleshoot, repair, and maintain residential and light-commercial HVAC systems • Perform preventative maintenance, inspections, cleanings, and tune-ups • Troubleshoot electrical, refrigeration, airflow, and mechanical issues • Service and repair equipment including heat pumps, furnaces, air conditioning systems, and package units • Explain system conditions, repair options, and recommendations to customers • Present repair options and provide professional quotes • Educate customers on the value of maintenance agreements • Accurately document service calls, parts used, repairs, and recommendations • Communicate effectively with dispatch and office teams What We're Looking For • 2+ years of hands-on HVAC service experience • Strong residential HVAC service and troubleshooting experience • Experience servicing heat pumps, furnaces, AC systems, and/or package units • Strong electrical, refrigeration, airflow, and diagnostic skills • Ability to diagnose and repair HVAC issues independently • Excellent customer service and communication skills • Comfortable explaining technical issues and repair options to homeowners • Dependable, professional, and team-oriented • Valid driver's license and clean driving record Compensation & Benefits • $24-$32/hour, depending on experience • Health benefits • Paid Time Off • Take-home company vehicle and fuel card • Company phone and tablet • Tool allowance • Company-branded apparel • Paid training • Licensing support • Vendor-led technical training • Year-round, stable employment • Career advancement opportunities • Supportive, team-oriented work environment Apply today and join Bransford Mechanical, a trusted, growing company where quality workmanship, customer care, and long-term career growth come first.
